Marisa Ross is a television and film casting director with over two decades of experience, best known for her work on How I Met Your Mother (CBS) and Chicago Med (NBC).
Marisa opened Karge & Ross Casting in 2015 with partner Christal Karge and together they built a highly respected Chicago casting office spanning network, cable and streaming. Together, Marisa and Christal have received several Artios nominations for outstanding casting.
Named one of Chicago Magazine's top 20 emerging power players, Marisa is also the co-founder of the SCOUT Chicago Festival, an annual comedy festival connecting Chicago talent with casting executives from all major studios and networks.
Marisa is currently based in London and available for both US and international casting.
Marisa is a CSA, BAFTA and Television Academy member and is currently serving on the peer group committee.
When she's not finding the perfect cast, Marisa can be found exploring new corners of the globe with her husband and three boys — bringing the same curiosity and sense of adventure to life that she brings to every production.
